Shekina's 1st time at the ocean!!!

Mommy and Daddy took me to Boynton beach near where they used to live. It was a real windy Sat AM...

My first time putting my tootsies in the ocean - I think mommy was more excited than me....She LOVES the ocean!! :)

Daddy's hanging on to all the gear, otherwise it'll get blown away!!!

How do you like my new hair cut?? Fooled ya!! :)
It's just that it's sooo windy!! :) As my Grandpa, would say it's the "wind blown look" ! :)

Good ol Daddy keeping watch over me. Thank you, Jesus, for such a wonderful Daddy!! I love him!!

Hmm...now, we are venturing out to deeper waters...

WOW, I kind of look small, but really I'm growing quite big. I'm already 24 lbs and 32 inches high! I'm growing out of all my shoes!!

Shekina's Visit to Florida

Shirley went to Florida for business and Denny and Shekina joined her for a long week-end. It was great to meet up with old friends again! :) We had a great lunch with Primerica friends, Uncle Dave and Aunt Jean

The "Green Team" reunites again after their visit to Austin in February. Uncle Ron and Joe are pose her but where are the rest of the team...oh, yea, I think I see them over their scrambling to get their green juice!!! :)

WOW! These oriental green beans that Aunt Elain made are really yummy!!! :)

Having dinner with Tony (Denny's brother) and friends at our favorite Thai restaurant! Mmmm good! :)

Daddy and Mommy are acknowledging publicly before God and our church family that they require God's wisdom, guidance and strength to be the parents that God knows that I need.... :)

Hi, my name is Shekina. The purpose and meaning of my name is to let my life be a bright light and "shine" for Jesus! :)

Daddy and Mommy are surrendering their rights to me back to God and committing to be a good steward of His gift (of me! :) to them. They recognize and embrace the spiritual responsibility of answering to God for how they raise me....they are to develop and grow in a relationship with God and, with God's help, they are to model that to me so that one day, I too, will seek and choose on my own, to enter into an eternal relationship with God.

WOW! A picture of each of the children being dedicated was put on a big screen - my Grandpa is holding me here - although you can't see all of him - I can sure feel his love for me!! :)

Wow, I love these Chiquita bananas...especially when mommy does her little song and dance..Her mom sang it to her so I guess it's kind of like a tradition! :)
